Return Policy:

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products; ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction with our products. Please email our Customer Service team at support@thebudgrower.com If you are not familiar with our products we suggest ordering something neutral if you are not sure you will like the scent of the product you are ordering. Feel free to contact us to discuss any product that you are considering but unsure of. We will be more than happy to guide you in choosing something you will love!

Damaged Items:

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damaged that may have occurred during shipment. We do our very best to securely package product so that it arrives in the best shape possible. However, it is normal for shipping package to show some wear. If damage occurred to the items in your shipment please contact us. Send an email including your Order # to support@thebudgrower.com; Monday – Saturday. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Damages:

Damage to the loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we cannot re-ship orders that have been lost or stolen. Please contact your mail carrier. Claims must be properly filed with the delivery carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper. We will be more than happy to assist you.
